Vernun, I hope you brought a couple #6's with you in case you see some squirrels Good point. The state of Alabama doesn’t have to worry about me depleting the deer population. They’re apparently quite safe around me. I want to be a good steward, so I won’t shoot a young buck nor will I shoot a small, young doe. I would only consider a mature deer.

This particular A5 has had about a million rounds shot through it, yet it keeps on going. I keep it clean and maintained. It's a 1964 vintage.
