Got my trigger man with me throwing a Hail Mary this is our last chance to hunt for an awhile with work and Christmas and it’s middle of rut here in Bibb.This property is not typically a morning spot but our target buck was here from 4 yesterday until 2 this morning and had 2 new bucks show up last night. Hopefully a doe drags one in front of us. We already had a buck on camera this morning a few hundred yards from us so at least they are moving.

28 and breezy at day light Quite here heard one shot. A early morning (early) wood duck shoot happened. One good volley sounded like 4-5 guns.

Had a lot of pictures around 5 am this morning

I was in my office working and had some does and small buck cross driveway about 7:30

Had a stud show up around 7:45 at one of my spots - one of few places i got a cam on a stand - my hardwoods spot. I would hav been tempted to shot - not sure i could - i may hav been coughing - the wind was actually good there
Last year - i had one real stud shooter - a few more showed up late in the rut n clark. 1- 3 studs is common. This year - i hate ti say the number - would feel like i bragging - but i got several deer that i think are 5 yr old r bettr. I never had anything like this - thats on 256. Some of them i know - some i dont. This would be a lot for a 800 acre spot. Just a banner year - next year i prob will hav 1 🤣🤣🤣
