I killed a deer a couple of days ago and when I went to game check it on my phone app, I found the app was not working. When you confirm your I.D. number and the go to screen to enter county, etc., you will find all that is grayed out and it will let you see any on the drop downs. There were 5 different folks at the processor with deer trying to get them checked in and none of us could get the app to work. I ended up doing mine on the OA website when I got home and then I texted the number back to my processor.
I have checked my app everyday since and it is still down. Anyone else having this problem?
I even deleted the app from my phone then reinstalled it and it still does not work.

I have deleted the app from my Samsung Galaxy S23+ 4 times now and re-installed it and it still is not working.

I spoke with a lady today at the 1-800 number and she told me it was a widespread issue that many people are experiencing. They are thinking some kind of problem with the server.
