Saw it on FB. A lady said it was her fathers life work twice over and he didn’t have insurance It was the biggest trash pile of complete junk and trash for fifty miles and I'm being kind at that. No way anyone would have considered insuring that dump. And I agree, her father worked his entire life twice over to make it and he succeeded beyond belief. It was really that bad. Now its a huge pile of burned junk - water heaters, scrap metal, air conditioning units, windows, you name it. Also back in the day had the first porn shop local to this area.

Used to be one of those places in Bessemer by the tracks that burned down several years ago. No insurance either IIRC.
Nothing but junk that was kindling for a good fire.
