It would certainly be an Ethics violation if someone showed there was any fiscal value to being an Honorary member. I suspect it is much like receiving an Honorary Doctorate. It doesn't mean squat, except you can call yourself Dr. Jill Biden, or whatever your name may be. For Chuck I suppose it means he can go hunt and stay there but does not own a stake in it.

You buy the equity share upfront and then you pay annual dues. Just like Five Star and others here in Bama where the clubs own the land. Exact same way that all the big exclusive clubs on the MS river are run, over in the delta.

How many owners and how much land? Curious what $350k gets you in Alabama. I’ve seen some of the ones on MS River and they are legit. If I had a helicopter and knew how to fly it, I’d be in one

6k acres I believe didn’t get a number on members

Last I was told was about 7500 acres and basically it’s a tax write off and they have a book printed out with pictures of shooters and no shooters. Probably someone on here belongs can explain it better but it’s a gold mine property but not near is killed that should be. Let’s just say I kill more turkeys by myself than all of them kill on that place and they are there just like the deer.
