I killed a deer a couple of days ago and when I went to game check it on my phone app, I found the app was not working. When you confirm your I.D. number and the go to screen to enter county, etc., you will find all that is grayed out and it will let you see any on the drop downs. There were 5 different folks at the processor with deer trying to get them checked in and none of us could get the app to work. I ended up doing mine on the OA website when I got home and then I texted the number back to my processor.

I have checked my app everyday since and it is still down. Anyone else having this problem?

I even deleted the app from my phone then reinstalled it and it still does not work.

I had that issue all last season. Deleted app and redownloaded it multiple times and it still wouldn’t work. I ended up putting the phone number that have you can call into in my contacts on my phone. I would just call it in and they would send all the info to my email. I’ve only used the app one time this year and it worked that particular day.

I have deleted the app from my Samsung Galaxy S23+ 4 times now and re-installed it and it still is not working.

I have a S24 and app is working fine. When you hit on the app does it bring up your ID number and name?

It needs some work for sure. It’s been 50/50 for us this year.

Have y’all updated the app. That’s the only time I’ve had any recent problems.

I spoke with a lady today at the 1-800 number and she told me it was a widespread issue that many people are experiencing. They are thinking some kind of problem with the server.

I've deleted and reinstalled 4 or 5 times and it still won't work on my phone. This is the 1st year I've ever had issues with it.

Pen and paper is better than an app. Make sure they aren’t tracking. They don’t pay us to have a cell phone. Better to not have one imo
