Theres some squirrel dumplins in my future. Weve got some booners hanging out at our feeders. Buggest grey squirrels i ever seen, growing fat on our corn. My wife makes some fine squirrel dumplins. She wont eat em but she'll cook em for me and Joseph. I done flung a craving on myself. My mom was the same way ,

Cook them slow in a crockpot with a splash of Dale's and an inch or two of water... 4 or 5 hours low. Take the meat off the bone and either put it in a pot pie or a gumbo.... mighty fine
