Biden has always been a total lying piece of shitt, always will be. Fkhim Biden started in politics before Carter did. If that tells you anything. and... ...Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not recall if Jimmy Carter ever apologized for the horrible "mistakes" he made. Not only did he never apologize, he became the first ex president to criticize a sitting president and there was little doubt he was doing it trying to get the worst president title off of him. Hussein and Biden were sock puppets, so Carter still holds the title.
