When the state changed the rule to two does per day and told everyone that you couldnt kill too many.......Was it all just the hunter's fault when the population decreased? It definitely was!! We were a guilty party in that. We learned the error of our ways and changed things up. My thing is if hunters can’t figure out they are the reason for low numbers, a change in regs probably won’t help. You can thank trophy management for that .
