I got about 40 acres I’m wanting to burn, and hoping this cold snap coming kills a bunch of it.

I've been using one of these for years as a drip(less) torch.

I would use this for just forty acres. Much cheaper than a real drip torch.

I bought a couple of old ones on ebay years ago, then bought a set of seals for each of them. Seemed like it worth the savings at the time.

I own 40 and use this very thing. I have mine broken up into 3 burn sections and burn on a 3-5 year rotation.

I start a fire then put a 5 gallin bucket on the end of a good stuckband melt the bucket onto the stick twisting as is melts. Once it starts dripping it will drip for an hr or so plenty long for me to do whatever I needed to do. Can put it out with some dirt then re light again as needed

Poly pipe works great. Light it and it will drip fire a long time

I won a drip torch a couple of years ago at a Learn to Burn field day. They are nice to have when doing controlled burns.
