We don’t aggressively market or anything, but we do rent our beach house out on Dauphin Island when we are not using it. Catch fish from your private dock or bring your own boat and tie up. 2 blocks walk to the beach, amazing views of MS sound and the bridge. I usually fill it up all summer and don’t rent it the rest of the year, but we decided to open it up this spring also.
