It seems corn has made deer nocturnal especially mature deer. When I feed corn I normally just poor it on the ground and it available all throughout the day. My question is would a feeder with a timer maker the deer come out more in the daytime when the feeder goes off?

I doubt it I think most mature deer are mostly nocturnal and pressure just makes it worse

We will burn that bridge when we get there

I’ve got several spin feeders out and in my experience the does come to them like clockwork. Only time we ever see bucks coming to them is starting about this time of year and they don’t appear to be eating, just looking for the hot does.

Not saying folks can’t kill mature deer at a feeder but my experience is we run them just to keep the does around.

Nah. Course it’ll keep you off the feeding area longer. Most of the does on our place will follow us around while pouring bags out. Used to do it at night but started pouring it out before we got in the stand. Lot of times there at the pile before I can get back to the stand. I wave to them and climb in. Sometimes they leave, sometimes they don’t. We see the bucks in January and get a good one ever now and then.

It be's that way sometimes.

This. And you probably have your corn pile too far from where they are bedding.

Hence the reason I avoid the corn piles. I hunt the perimeters and find the trails that lead to them coming out the bedding areas. Great place to catch a buck staging in the afternoon or catch him in the morning after he check the feeding area on his way back to bed.
