Dang it boy !! Matt I gotta ask , what happened ?
I've been for years just swapping same head from one to another with no troubles. I've shot 125gr Thunderheads since day one and just last year switched to 125gr Muzzies and still no trouble.

Slick Trick Xbow 150grain.

Actually I haven't shot mine with them yet. They just came in the mail yesterday. If they fly like Slick Trick 100's on a regular arra they'll be good on a bolt. They'll cut a hole in a deer, or a finger.

He broke it several weeks ago in football..he got his cast off yesterday and his wearing a splint now..it was a brake in his growth plate so he has to go back in a month and hopefully be release to pull a bow back then... he's been shooting practice tips and stacking them in a tight grouping...i had some 125 grain Muzz that had been shot before, they was beat up just a little bit and hitting all over the place( I'm sure that's because of the broadheads having wear) but I wanted to get some feedback before I bought some more...I was kind of leading towards a fixed blade incase he was to hit one in the shoulder

Isn't the ferrule on a xbow broadhead a larger diameter than a vertical bow broadhead?

Vortex 125's shoot and work very well also. 2 3/4" cutting diameter.

I new to crossbow and bought some Muzzy MX-3 and they are shooting about 6" right at 30 yards for me compared to my field points and NAP 1-1/4" fixed broadheads.

My buddy had sighted in his bow at 40 yards while I watched with field points and a practice tip for a brand I cannot remember.

He put on one of my Muzzys on the same carbon arrow he hit the bullseye with and it was 6" right and 6" low.

I am looking for something else too...

Don't confuse my user name with any sort of alphabet faggotry.

It only stands for drag racing, and Route 66 was my home track back in the day.

Some crossbows don't shoot fixed that well. Also the arrow you're using will make a difference. I have a Parker Buckbuster and Stryker 350. I was using the cheaper Easton Power Bolt with 125 grain Muzzies. They weren't bad and I killed several deer with them but still not really consistant. 2 would be close and 2 would be off. I purchased some Gold Tip Lazer III pros and there seems to be a big difference. The Stryker is shooting them great and the Parker is nearly as good. I've had several people say they would stay with expendables on crossbows and the spitfire was there choice. I like Muzzies and had like 30 of the 125s so didn't really want to spend more money on others. But with the results I got with the new arrows I'll be happy to stay with them.
