We always do Shrimp Creole at Mama's (she cooks) and a Shicken one for Wife and we all nibble on it too! I done one of those Boudin Crawfish King cakes cause my uncle Willie was able to come by first Christmas since Uncle Spider been gone (Mama's and his Brother) so told em I'd do one of he was able to come and he did for Mama. So there's that, even made some Turnip green soup one day along with a Steak and Boudin, that was a Sirloin steak was on sale and it was purty good, I'll do more of it. Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

James OP Freak of Nature Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 55,077 Gee's Bend/At The Hog Pen	Lets see got a breakfast sammich that's Boudin, Pepperjack cheese, and Eggs, i done the Oysters just last week, usually don't put Remouldade sauce ON my Po'boy but i was feeling dangerous lol. Me and my Oldest ate the whole Quart. Done some broccoli n cheese Cornbread (or casserole as the Snobs would say 😆) it's always great. One morning breakfast was a few eggs with piece of leftover Snowdens sausage and Cherry fig preserves on toast, and i can just eat that stuff by the Spoonful. Had little rotisserie chicken left after doing a few Salads, so decided to make a Ceasar wrap, cause i like wraps. Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
