Congress says they need many months just to make Trump tax cuts permanent!!
Can you imagine how long it would take for them to abolish IRS and then vote a new system in??

Many months as in “Even though we promise tax cuts, we don’t really mean it and we’ll drag our feet passing this until we can throw the House to the Democrats in two years”. I know exactly what you’re talking about.
