How much property are you talking? Would it be feasible to put up a barb wire fence? That would just be an extra “notice” that they were trespassing and would have to intentionally cross the fence line to get to your side.

Hard to make a case it wasn't you when tracks in the snow say otherwise . I caught three fellers once using their tracks in the snow . I would have never known they were there without the snow.

Purple paint is supposed to be sufficient. Personally I would paint the lines and put up signs! If no fence that's what id do . If there's no kinda markings kinda hard to tell where the line is .
