I’m in a shooting house trying to stay dry. Watched a nice 2.5 year old 8pt feed through around 3:30. It’s been 20 years since have killed a deer, that one test the trigger restraint just a bit. Hoping grand daddy will come out later.

Nope, it’s been 20 years. I should have said 20 years since I’ve deer hunted I guess. I’ve chased ducks like nobodies business for a while. Getting tired of the travel so I’m back chasing after these deer.

Joseph took my nephew Silas hunting and got him a quailman special. His first buck. Joseph got his first experience helping someone kill a deer and really liked it. Full circle.

That’s good stuff, I’ve been a part of some folks getting their first deer and turkey and it’s pretty special
