How do you guys cook and to what temp? I am thing hot and fast on grill 135 to 145? You talking about the tenderloin on a deer?

All I know is you better get the guts out asap or those inner loins are putrid. And any gut shot deer...don't bother getting them.

I'm not a Rare person except for this cut of deer. Don't let it get to medium and let it rest at least 5 minutes before slicing. Why? It just tastes better rare.
Skinny is my EX.Alcohol was involved.

Ima rare person on all wild game I eat pretty much.
You can grill it but I like to fry it and make a gravy You’re probably right. I usually cook it to medium but didn’t want to hear all the “you’re undercooking it and will die” crowd.  Those people don’t know what good wild game tastes like. I like Rare but any Wild Pork i cook is gonna be up to Temp
