One of the best inter loins I ever had was fresh out of the deer and thrown on the grill when I got to the house. Rinsed the blood off them, fired up the charcoal grill and smoked to rare/medium rare. Lip smacking good.
Kinda what i shoot for especially with Backstrap. I've had a many cooked by folks that was rare to damn near raw and it chewed like bubble gum & shoe leather but i guess they liked it by Gawd 😅
