Morning. I’ve finally been able to purchase my own piece of land (35 acres) and I’m looking to set it up. It’s in Winston County Zone D so keep in mind the early season start there. I’m not looking to spend a fortune and pricing wood reveals I might as well by one not made of wood to get longer life. My budget is <$2500 with at least a 4 foot stand. Any brands you’d recommend for frankly hot season hunting. lol. I don’t want to sweat to death As far as bow hunting, I’ll just use a traditional ladder or climber but wanting 1 or 2 to get out of the elements. I hunt mainly with a gun and sometimes a crossbow. Thanks.

I really like the 2 antler sheds we have. Vans in Cullman keeps them in stock

I'd just build a platform and put a ground blind on it

We will burn that bridge when we get there

Do you know their prices? They’re not on their website.

I personally like the Banks blinds but the price per value of the sportsman’s condos is hard to beat.

Some people love the sportsman condos…I personally don’t like them. I got a pressure treated 6x6 on 8ft with stairs for cheaper than your budget. We love it.

Snaplock hunting blinds. I lhave no complaints with them and would buy another.

You can build a 6x6x6'6" out of treated lumber on a 3/4" treated plywood floor and cover it with OSB, painted, and as high as you want it for a whole lot less than your budget--probably for less than $500.00. I built a 4x4 12' high for less than $300.00 and a 6x6 on a 4' platform for around $200.00. Both have been there for 8-8 years now and still good.

While this is true, time is money….op may not have the time nor it would cost more to not work than it would just to buy. We built two 4x8s last year and it took multiple trips to the property to do them. Bought one this year and came out way more ahead money and time wise. Just my two cents on this.

OP check out fb marketplace there are a lot of wood ones people build for sale as well. May find some ok deals etc
