James OP Freak of Nature Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 55,077 Gee's Bend/At The Hog Pen	Thawed some wild pork loin that i cubed and seasoned, and then vacuum sealed about a week ago. I Didn't have no ground sausage thawed, but already had few links of Andouille sausage left in a pack, so i tossed in a pan, and once had enough grease i tossed in some flour, Milk, then some seasoning. Nxt time i'll make biscuits too, but it was a late evening, went and helped father n law look for a deer (no luck) in the pouring rain, and didn't get back till after 9. But i always make due with what i have! Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
