Rolled them in Honey bourbon dry rub. Cast Iron Skillet with a little olive oil to brown each side. (Actually 3 sides). Just sear it, maybe 2 min tops each side. Went in the oven for 6 min on 350 degrees. Turned out great! 1st time I ever tried them that way. This will be my new method on every one I kill now. Its not the will to win but the will to prepare to win!
