Thawed some wild pork loin that i cubed and seasoned, and then vacuum sealed about a week ago. I Didn't have no ground sausage thawed, but already had few links of Andouille sausage left in a pack, so i tossed in a pan, and once had enough grease i tossed in some flour, Milk, then some seasoning. Nxt time i'll make biscuits too, but it was a late evening, went and helped father n law look for a deer (no luck) in the pouring rain, and didn't get back till after 9. That' a heck of a meal for a fast one ! Yeah already had pork thawed and an idea of what i wanted to do, but didn't anticipate the father n law calling needing help at 7pm, but wasn't that big of a deal, just hate didn't find deer.
