I cooked 2 whole inner loins last week that were awesome> soaked in a zip lock bag of Dale's for an hour. Rolled them in Honey bourbon dry rub. Cast Iron Skillet with a little olive oil to brown each side. (Actually 3 sides). Just sear it, maybe 2 min tops each side. Went in the oven for 6 min on 350 degrees. Turned out great! 1st time I ever tried them that way. This will be my new method on every one I kill now.

It's a tiny amount anyway & not enough to share really. Cook away from crowds with a beer in your hand and a fork in your shirt pocket
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
