Looks like Trumps threat "All hell will break loose if hostages are not released" is causing Hamas to agree to a ceasefire with Israel and is planning to release 30 something hostages. This is not a win win situation for Israel Correct, this is a win/meh deal for Israel. The folks they release will have to be installed with beeper bombs under their rib cages, and thats a lot of work. But when they go back their people. Israel can get back to work doing what they are doing now. So, meh.

If they can get the remaining hostages, then Netanyahu will have appeased those within Israel who are opposing this war. That will buy him goodwill with the Israeli people, and with Trump. Then he can finish Hamas and go after Iran. Israel won't sign a bad deal and a ceasefire isn't a permanent peace plan.

Might upset yall but let's give the muzzys a probationary state recognized all that jazz with the clear understanding the next attack anywhere in the globe turns Gaza into that place that used to be known as Gaza until the Americans brought the pain. Unfortunately sounds like Israel is having to give up a bunch of Hamas prisoners They'll probably put trackers in them and then will simply hunt them down and kill them and those hanging around with them, later. It's hard to get them executed once they are actually declared prisoners. Some stupid people at a convention in Geneva felt it was wrong. Just makes it easier for Israel, in the long run, to get rid of them permanently.

You can be certain each Hamas that Israel releases will be tracked in one way or another. They know it to, so for a lot of those Hamas guys, they might be better off in an Israeli prison. When they go back, they may really get their heads cut open to find the tracking tech.

Then Trump essentially in the Trump special way claimed a country and knocked out a half dozen country leaders, in one week, before he's back.
