I’m not so sure these are constitutional because they haven’t been charged or convicted of any crime

This kind of power sets a bad precedent that could become norm for all future Presidents that engage in criminal activity. It gives the King/President full authority to run a criminal enterprise with no worries for all involved because President has promised a preemptive pardon.
This needs to be challenged at Supreme Court. Pardons, no matter the party affiliation should not be allowed by presidents or governors. The president is the head of state, leader of the federal government, and Commander in Chief of the United States armed forces. Not the judicial branch.

Hopefully they will challenge these pre-emptive pardons and the legality of them will be set in stone and eliminate them once and for all.

I’m not so sure these are constitutional because they haven’t been charged or convicted of any crime We may be finding out soon. Those pardons may be tested and Fauchi would be the one to start with. Trump gets sworn in at 11:00 and somebody better be at the Supreme Court at noon asking for the review. I would also think that the pardons could be challenged, not only on the preemptive/constitutional basis, but also on the basis that due to his clearly diminished mental capacity, Biden was not of sound mind at the time they were issued/granted. Wills and contracts are reversed on those very same grounds on a daily basis. I’d take this one to the mats and if it was ruled to be legal, I’d go after Biden himself, bankrupt him and his family, and let him spend his last days in prison. The entire process is unconstitutional. Illegally Persecute your political enemies, then grant everyone involved a pardon and full immunity so that they can never be prosecuted for the illegal acts that they committed at the behest of the guy granting the pardons to protect them in doing so. We truly have become a banana republic, if this is allowed to stand.

This kind of pardon bullcrap is precisely what this is. But we also knew these horrific pardons like Fauci were coming and are confirmation of the true Evil that the entire machine we just voted out is. The election is strong enough and their crimes are Nurembourgh WWII level crimes, and their crimes are global. Nothing is stopping us (not even our own Constitution) from sending them to a Kangaroo Court in a Kangaroo Country (like one of our tiny territory countries) to face global crime trials. That is my idea. Then we reward our little territory with a nice embassy mansion on a random island in the Bahama's, you know, their favorite island. Jeffery's place. Other side of the World in the impovershed Pacific island nations, The Marshall Islands or Bikini atoll #3 station X, is in the territory of another country, that we help out with nuclear testing. They could use some kind of North Atlantic presence and can have a court room trial like anywhere else. But the Dems trials will now be Under Uncle Bosey style legal systems. In some of those Island systems, Cannibalism is actually codified as a maybe socially ok practice.

NBC just got told it was the most pardons ever by any President.
Got another question I’ve asked before.
Biden as of sound mind so can those pardons be undone
Especially with the latest information about Biden admitting he didn’t know what he signed on one of the executive orders.

Hoping there’s enough committees getting to the bottom of all the corruption that occurred under Biden. He was not of sound mind and should be contested and seek out who was pulling the strings

I hate this. It sets a terrible precedent and looks awful globally.
I return to my hope being God is their ultimate judge and there’s been absolutely no remorse or repentance. There will be justice. My thoughts as well. They will still have to face the one true judge and answer for what they have done.

We know it was a co-ordinated attack on the entire country, which by extension, is the entire planet. Be honest, because that is what the attack was about. If they are pardoned, we still do not have to protect them or even verify evidence against them (hmmm). But US, in the spirit of cooperation, can provide all kinds of evidence. That is my idea. Kangaroo court in another country. Oh, we can revoke or challenge citizenship, of born citizens, to make the process easier. The Constitution does not say we can't.

Remember how the Patriot Act , and Guatananamo Bay and Obama and Bush Iraq terrorist stuff kinda sorta kinda works. We codified the Kangaroo Court other Country court thing into the Patriot Act. They made the law that should be used against them.

They made the law that should be used against them. The hysteria of another Trump term had those complicit running scared. That’s all the talked about from the media and political opponents. They’ve kind of identified themselves so the finding the evidence of collusion is where it needs to go. I’m sure they removed as much as they can by now. I think why so many media personalities jumped on the Trump train quickly. Self preservation move for them. I’m seeing friends on FB that are hitting all the formal balls alongside Trump. It’s awesome to see
