Be careful posting that on a public forum if you’re trying to lease something. Yeah that’s a good point. I assumed most was $10-$12 per Y’all feel free to edit/delete Post away. Just saying if you’re leasing something for $8 an acre and your guy finds out average leases in that county are $14 then you’ll be paying $14 soon enough.
