$33 per acre in the MS delta. $8 to $14 in AL doesn’t sound bad at all. My absolute favorite place to hunt is the miss delta!

$33 per acre in the MS delta. $8 to $14 in AL doesn’t sound bad at all. My absolute favorite place to hunt is the miss delta! Yep its at least $ 25 and more in some areas.

I saw a listing tonight in Randolph Al that was 106 acres for $3500. Bad thing is there is some idiot that'll probably pay the $33 an acre for it

I saw a listing tonight in Randolph Al that was 106 acres for $3500. Bad thing is there is some idiot that'll probably pay the $33 an acre for it Not being familiar with that county, is it a renowned hunting area? Ducks often drive the higher lease prices in MS.
