I saw a listing tonight in Randolph Al that was 106 acres for $3500. Bad thing is there is some idiot that'll probably pay the $33 an acre for it

Not being familiar with that county, is it a renowned hunting area? Ducks often drive the higher lease prices in MS.

Houston County usually starts around $20. I had some riverfront that I hunted for years for $10 but they sold it last year.

Back in 1985 I could have bought 800 ft of shore line on Smith Lake for 25k. It sold the other day for 800k.
