Anyone ever try them out? I’ve heard several of their cowboy boots and loved them all. I was looking on their website and saw they carry some steel toe work boots as well. I’ve been wearing Ariat for the last several years, and like them, but they are some cheaper models they make, that the company provides for us and are starting to hurt my feet more so I need to try a different boot.
If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.-Mark Twain

I used to sell them. They make the same run of the mill boots. They are tied in with Justin. Lots of people like em. I just couldn’t sell enough of them. They didn’t have a big selection when we did. In saying that. I only carry two Justin boots since I can’t sell no more and everyone you talk to loves them too. They just don’t buy them. All we sell is work boots. We sell way more other brands. Hell I'm just now breaking in my Ariats i picked up from ya 3 years ago, but ya know sadly they ain't same (quality) as the one's i got before! Damn Ariat 😔

I thought you got Thorogood’s. That may of been the time before. My thoughts. Thorogood and double h American made boots. Best on market. Hh probably the toughest. With the ice sole. Twisted x - most comfortable. But be ready to buy another pair in 8 months if you work. Double h phantom - decent boots for the money. But would put erry body else in that group with pros and cons of some sort. Ariat workhog xt sole is thick. Will probably take some breaking in.

Sorry ford. Got your thread ho jacked.
Decent boot for the money. They look good for sure. Don’t apologize. I appreciate your opinion in the matter. I need a really comfortable pull on boot. I like the Ariats, and the company buys me a pair every year through Cintas, but they don’t last a full year. Maybe it’s a cheaper make or something but 7-8 months is all I can get before I need a new pair.

Especially the guys that work 6/10 or 7/12s. They made boots in the past when folks didn’t work so much and now they do. Also when you make something so comfortable and light with a safety toe, they have to take away on durability. Just my opinion. If you like them, go with the Tony Lamas. They’ll be the same run on the mill as ariat.
