To make killing deer easier? We got crossbows, treestands, game cams, cell cams, food plots, now baiting, dog retrieval, high fences, high $ habitat improvement managers, guided outfitted hunts. Over the past 40 years I and many of you have seen it all happen. Man killing a good deer just ain't that hard if you put some effort into it, they ain't that smart. I guess we are in the time of instant gratification, or everyone gets a trophy of deer hunting. What say ye?

Thermal drone deer location/recovery is getting big.

I must be the only one here - but killing a good deer is dang hard for me. I got deer that run from cameras - i hav stopped using them at most my fields.
I hav a chance to make it to 2 good bucks this year - but it want be easy if i do. Going to a spot i aint hunted in 30
Days today - but my kill percent on a good deer will still be very low. My deer not hardly hitting feed now anyway - hitting the grass. Think most of my good bucks are locked down so again - i need some luck!! Aint seen one on the cams i do hav in weeks! And i keep pressure down in key areas and hunt wind. By my acreage not huge and place hunts small

Blessed to hav a place to myself

Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self
We need prayer for our country now more than ever

Yep it all started with the bolt action rifle and those dang magnifying tubes people put on top of the rifles. Damn it all to hell. We should get back to slinging spears and setting traps.

The worst one I have heard about was the baiting station that was setup with a special designed remote control three shotgun (Benelli) stand and cameras. Was in Alabama but the owner was in Atlanta. He could watch deer and if one hit the station that he wanted to shoot, he could remote control fire the shotguns. So hunting remotely from the comfort of your home, office or camp without actually experiencing any elements of the hunt. Something similar in use now for hogs but instead of shotguns, you drop a cage.

All you need is 2 acres, a corn pile & a booger light.

Just make sure u have more money than the next line of people to pay for the timber company pine tree plantation lease that has already been cut to pieces and u will be fine.

Air tags in corn. Attached to tree stands work. Work right to them.

I just want to kill a couple deer to make sausage and bacon burger for my family. Once that happens I really become trophy hunter. If I even decide to go hunting. All that deer killin gets in the way of our camp life. Way more fun around the camp cooking and lying to each other.

Drones. You fly the drones over several fields and see which one has deer in it. You set your stand up so you can slip in while they are in the field and blast them. If Moultrie made drones, they would be legal to use for hunting.
