You are spot on. I hate these danged pasture buzzards. Until 2 years ago, I had never seen a turkey on my place. I've got about 3 groups of them that have 15-20 in each group, on my place now. They eat up all the corn from the spin feeders. They will be standing under it every day waiting on it to go off. They ignore the "This corn is for deer only!" signs I've got in place.  If I knew of a legal, ethical way to get them to leave, I'd already would have utilized it. I really don't think Alabama has a shortage of them anymore. Crappy owl hooting every ten seconds some raking on the slate usually works well at a club I’m in
