So only people that have fully transitioned are not allowed? No it isn't that complicated at all. There is male and female. Anyone who finds that confusing or debatable is not allowed. So all they have to say is yes I’m a male and if they got male parts they are good. No matter how they dress or wear make up? How is it gonna be enforced is what I’m getting at. It’s easy to make something against the rules. A lot harder to make people follow them.
