I can promise you that's the cause. Nobody on either aircraft was trying to commit suicide. A DEI controller, shouldn't have been there, is responsible.

There is also the chance it's just an accident. They do happen when nothing nefarious is involved. We've all been conditioned to expect nefarious and often have been proved right.

When I think of DEI. I think of airlines. There is no shortage of things that have happened that are directly attributable to DEI hires and no shortage of documentation of it. Government and USPS comes in at 2 and 3 on that list.
