If you got an Indian buddy friend. Next time you and him (single or married with children). When a good looking enough woman strolls by, nudge your buddy and say (is that a choice for you)? or Your Children?)

Thats it, gotta do human work. Back around dinner time. ya'll be careful laugh grin

That it’s something they should make until it piles up in every corner of the house, never to see the light of day again.

My 21 year old son has a very good friend that’s a Patel. Yes, they are loaded to the gills. I’m trying to get my son to set his sights on said friends 20 year old sister. grin

The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

I know 7 of them. Three married couples and a young man (son of the elder couple). They work all day every day and they hate democrats.
They all own gas stations. If I just casually mention some product they don't stock, by next week they'll have it in the store. I drove there in my hunting truck one day to fill up, and forgot my wallet in the other truck. No cash, no card, not even a checkbook. I was told to go ahead and fill up and just pay em when I come back by there.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

I’ve known several Indian families through the years. They were all hardworking, hospitable, generous, welcoming, conservative and productive.

LOL, my neighbor in Mobile was a Patel. Super nice guy and they not scared to buy a business. He owned a gas station, ice cream shop, and a laundry may. He once asked me about the truckstop in Evergreen and asked would it be worth a million.
Out of my comfort zone

Definitely the “thank you, come again!”

Fun fact: they are definitely among the darkest white people that exist.

Truth, unless she hates her parents. Much like trying to date/marry a Jehovah’s Witness if you aren’t a Jehovah’s Witness, yourself, and have no inclination to become one. I tried…couldn’t even ask her to a dance in high school with parent chaperones.

Here is another (those smart Indian guys, in most every Engineering sorta realted field) Have a specific but sort multi Indian name. I know a few off the top of my head, they are Upper Middle Class number-ruler number people. Their name indictes which kind of "ruler" they work with. Tehy can cross-marry for eternity cause their life is the math ruler, compass, arrow, and when needed those guys that throw circle frisbee weapons. Vivek is from the Brahmin -number people wing. Brahmin the Bull God / Mother Cow who divides itself amongst everyone.

Make you feel better: Brahmin is also another way to say Ibrahim

I’ve dealt with the Patel nation for about 40 years in my work in Hvac and electrical. They work their ass off and all want a better deal lol just like us. Once they know you will do a good job and stand behind your work they will help you with all their connections. I didn’t like them starting out but now I’ve got several I would call friends. When my father died 11 years ago about 40 of them came to see me at the visitation and I’m still don’t know how they knew. They are close knit with each other and there is a lot to be said for that. They came here for a better life and worked til they found it. They really believe in educating their children as far as they want to go.

I’ve met a few Patels and every one of them have been very nice. I had one that I didn’t even know, pay for my lunch a couple of weeks ago.

Most are Hindu and believe in Karma. They treat others well because they are taught that this is important to having a better future next life.

Guy my wife worked with at a previous company (both district mgrs) said his only downfall was that he wouldn’t fire his problem people, due to this. Otherwise, one of the best mgrs she’s worked with and all his teams performed well.
