Finally realized that keeping up two places just isn't in the cards for us. 42 acres with a (roughly) 1000sft cabin (converted old barn) and 14x14 porches on front and back, plus a large side shed. Sitting on a paved county road with fiber, city water, power and an RV pad with full hookups. Cabin has spray foam insulation, two mini-splits, 1br, 1 bath with an unfinished loft. Wiring and plumbing were professionally rigged in and just need finishing up. Has vertical green insulated vinyl siding that is almost finished. Hope to finish the siding in the next few weeks and list with a realtor at that time if it hasn't sold. Cabin still needs finishing up but has several unique touches that will really make it stand out. Comes with W&D, kitchen appliances and a set of used oak cabinets that we planned to install. I think most everything is there to finish except flooring, light fixtures, counter tops and a few little odds and ends.
As for the land, it's somewhat hilly land with fire lanes around most of the property and a good ATV or Jeep trail going through it. Three nice green fields with two great shooting houses. Mostly hardwoods with a small branch running through it. Loaded with deer, squirrels and some turkeys.
