Surveyors cannot get on your property without permission. Per my surveyor. They have to ask.
He also told me to build a fence a couple inches off the line.
I’m going through this right now.
Can’t answer the rest. If a neighbor gives a licensed land surveyor or one of their employees denied access call the sherriff and they will escort surveyors.
