Yall ever hear a snort wheeze?

I grunted at a good buck with a primos buck roar call and cleared the whole field. I think it was to aggressive for these deer at the time.

Pretty common in Illinois.

I've heard them bellow like a calf too.

Twice. Last year when i killed the mounter - a deer ran in the bottom roaring for a while. I shot another mounter about 23 years ago and he made the same noise when i shot him
