Unfortunately my go to deer sausage place has closed after using them for the past 45 years. I recently had some made at a new processor and the family did not like it. Anyone have any recommendations in the south Alabama area? Mild link sausage.

I had some made at Lucas Wild Game Processing a few weeks ago and it is really good. Several friends had gotten some made there and really liked it too.
I got some of the maple and country style made. Both are good. The country style is just their standard. I prefer it but my wife likes the maple better. They also have jalapeño and cheese, but I passed on that.
They are located a few miles south of the Brewton I-65 exit.

2nd vote for Farm Fresh. You do need to call them first to make sure they are accepting meat. You can freeze and they will take it around March.

Jimmy's in Midland City is mighty fine, if you want to travel that far.
