I've inspected new construction in Helena, Alabaster, Hoover and Vestavia in the last 10 days. Those neighborhoods are silent. What areas are you guys seeing crews in? It may be a builder thing. Builders not wanting to get pinged by the feds.
other builders may not be worried about it.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
