No telling how much new construction work we’ve turned away the past two years. We Finally got tired of turning away money and started taking it as we wanted it. Have Probably done a dozen houses in the past 2 months. Seems to still be building strong in our area, mostly homeowners and small general contractors that build a handful of houses here and there every few months.
As far as commercial construction, we turn away bidding on large projects multiple times a day every single day. I’d probably just hire full time project managers before I took on those headaches.
The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.
