The BIG difference in Hispanic labor vs “others” is that these “Messicans” take pride in their work. Our’s are skilled laborers that I’d put up against anybody’s work.

Honest question here, but are they legal immigrants?

Are they mostly in masonry and carpentry? I’ve yet to see Hispanic crews around here doing electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Although, if I had a good legal Hispanic crew that I could hire for our construction projects, I may not be against it. They are hardworking people most of the time.

If you think they aren't doing all the trades, you're not looking hard enough. I had a new construction this week that wasn't ready because there were zero crews in the entire 200 home development. Look at the electrical panel labels. "Kitchin Plogs". "Dinning Room Plogs." etc..

They do it all from top to bottom.

I didn’t say that I don’t think they are doing all the trades, I said that I’ve yet to see one in our area that’s doing residential plumbing, electrical or HVAC. I’ve tried my best to stay out of the new construction world as much as possible though, So it may be a lack of me being around that game. Too cut throat, super low margins most of the time, and most builders/contractors are horrible at planning and scheduling all of the work that needs to be done- So we’ve tended to avoid it and cherry pick it when do it.

I've not seen any Mexican crews doing HVAC, wiring and plumbing around Scottsboro either. Now framing, roofing and masonry , they about have that sewn up.
