A+ I’m still able to go. Thank you Lord for giving me another season.

We lost our biggest best hunting spot then picked up another couple of smaller spots. Had no success. We saw plenty of deer. We passed a bunch of 2yo bucks. We learned some stuff about what to do going forward. I really believe we could have killed a couple of good ones but we were learning. Now we know and i think we can do better next year. Not the season we hoped for but we learned some stuff and saw a bunch of deer. About all of the shooters are still alive. Thats a plus

Best season ever. Killed a pile of deer(if I told how many CNC would have me tarred and feathered) and 2 mature bucks. Seen deer 45 out of 53 hunts. Let several nice 3.5 year olds go for next year. Lost count of the 2.5 year old bucks I seen. My 7 year old got her first deer. Only downside is I got hung up hunting 1 deer and didn’t even hunt two of my properties.
Hoping to get another doe or two by Monday. I did add another doe this afternoon. This season has been great.

A.... We had a great year considering the neighbors had to cut timber just before season opened. Some of our best deer vanished but, we still managed to have a good year. I was tagged out on bucks by Muzzleloader week and I killed 3 does. Son took a couple of nice bucks as well. Wife took 3 bucks. I haven't gotten around to posting all the pics yet but I will. I don't know how many hunts between the 3 of us? (60 +) I'm sure. Deer were seen on every hunt except last Tuesday PM. There were some stray dogs running around and I believe that was the issue. All and all a good year. Going to get started on some habitat changes as soon as it dries up a little and start preparing for next year.

Looks like a lot of us had a good year. Just curious - what about all those threads of the hunting sucking in bama - all the matures gone due to corn and corn killing everything?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

AL gets a D+ and one of my worst seasons hunting in AL. Did not see deer at my hunting club like I usually see. Nothing I could shoot. Doe sightings down in a major way. I only saw one doe and some button bucks. It gets frustrating fast when you sit and are not seeing deer or seeing deer you can’t shoot. I’m used to seeing lots of deer at my club. I did shoot one of the biggest mature does I’ve ever seen in AL but that was on a friend’s property. My FL season gets a B. Saw deer and killed a couple. Lots of pictures but didn’t kill any big buck so it gets a B. With the hunting better in FL I am seriously considering not hunting in AL anymore. It’s just not worth the expense with nothing to show for after spending thousands of dollars.

D. could have shot some does in late evening, but didn't. Bucks went nocturnal in bow season. Kept up with a couple of shooters on cameras; when they showed, always after legal shooting light.

How many acres you hunting?
