No room in freezer. Charging up my Foxpro to pop some bobcats or coyotes. Deer all chasing and went nocturnal on me. Bobcat picture at 1130 am so I will fire up Foxpro and hopefully kill it.

I saw 2 small bucks this morning. I'm herd this afternoon but not really motivated. I came to take a doe and I've seen a couple but I really don't want to fool with one tonight. My son is watching the edge of a Thicket trying to finish strong

In a tree with the crossbow at my Cullman County property. I needed some more does killed off this place this year, and I haven’t had a North wind in a long time to try and kill one. Hopefully, a big nanny will wander out here before dark!! ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/99pYH4h.jpeg) lol I wouldn’t have posted the crossbow…or mentioned it

There’s no way to draw a vertical bow from this stand right now!! Until the state gets our gun doe season headed back in the right direction, here I am with the crossbow…it used to be so nice to be able to manage a deer herd in the late season with a rifle!!! Now, the only “doe days” we have are at Thanksgiving during our lull and at Christmas during the heart of the rut when it’s extremely hard to see a doe in the daylight 🤬
