So far a doe, spike, 6 gobblers and a real nice buck. At the time I couldn’t tell how just good he was as he was moving through the woods. He popped out on a powerline across the line about 20 min later and I definitely should have shot him. Very good buck. It was pretty cool in that he walked right through the middle of the group of gobblers. Coming within a couple of feet of them. I was gonna shoot a doe here but I’m gonna keep it quiet in hopes he’ll ease back over here.

I’m in this morning, had 4 come through right at daybreak. Still too dark to shoot, hoping they meander back by.

Haven’t hunted in a couple of weeks especially with it so warm . Just haven’t been motivated. A little cooler today so I’m in the shooting house at my son’s . Haven’t pulled the trigger on a deer all season but did take out a coyote. Wind is really blowing so I’m not optimistic any will feed in field this afternoon. Good luck to all on this last day , and be safe out there !

Back in same stand as this morning. And for the first time in 3yrs someone got in a shooting house 450 yards away across the line in the same powerline as me and where that buck was at the last time I saw him this morning. Their feeder just went off so I’m expecting to watch him die across the line today. Luckily they have a straight down the hill shot at their plot and not toward me…. Im more sick now than when I was when he got past me. 🙄🤢

Don't recall ever seeing such a young fawn this time of year. 🤔
