Not two. There’s too much wear on the premolars, specifically the third one. Deer is 3+ I see now that I'm wearing my glasses

was thinking the same thing but also took into consideration that its mobile county and most likely sandy soils which would wear down teeth faster. of thats the case i could see 2 yo

Both Matt and Medic are correct. I’d bet he’s 3 if he’s a Mobile county buck.

Nice deer! When I first saw the jaw picture my first thought on the wear was 4 but I am no expert. So take it for what it’s worth.
That deer probably started out the season weighing 180. Very few young deer weigh that around where I hunt if any.

I hate judging age on those teeth. After doing thousands of them I hate it more now than when I was learning. It’s not reliable.
