Deer hav to be raised on spinners usually unless u got a mighty tame strand of deer. Hunting for years in FL and arky that is basically what those guys said and what i hav seen - but not all deer the same. They can be conditioned to gravity and i do gravity and ground. So expensive i got to go to spinners

Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self

I like it when mine get 3-4 weeks. Buck field gettin close to that now and last 2 times i hunted big field they never saw me leave so its like unhunted

Deer always like food on ground bettr - but u prob cant go every 2-3 days to put it out so i do both

That one will end up scared to death of spin feeders too, if that one goes off while he's got his tongue rapped around the metal spin plate.

I don’t even put batteries in my spin feeders like that.

Run cameras and make sure the neighbors aren't hunting it.

jJUust an update for this area. I ended up hunting it 5 times and never saw a deer. Im going to try and swap everything up from where my stands are and feeding area to see if that helps. After that im just going to cut my losses.

Yes. Move it up higher or have it go off at noon.

If they are eating off the spin plate they are going to empty that thing fairly quickly. Either raise it up to help ration it or put it on the ground and ditch the feeder.

If you're using a feeder you need to run it year round for the deer to get totally acclimated. Even then the mature deer will rarely show themselves in the daytime.

A. You don't have the day time bedding area or best food source .
B. Your place may just a passing through place that doesn't hold deer.
