Amen. Maybe I was asleep at the wheel, but the last time I recall a POTUS talking about welfare reform was GW Bush. For far too long far too many folks have made welfare a way of life.

Mandatory drug testing would be a good start. If I have to submit to drug testing to work, then they need to be required to draw a check.


I bet removing the ones that it would weed out from being eligible would pay for the cost of the drug testing, too.
