Many love to say “they’re doing jobs nobody else will”. No, they’re doing jobs people gave them because they’d work for less. I’m telling you man that is not the case. The utility construction company I used to run is a perfect example. I tried for the last 5 years to add on 2 more crews. There was enough work out there for 5 more crews. Now you see Mexican HDD crews working for the same price I was working for. They are handing everything with no mini ex on the job. And getting it done faster. They work hard and don’t dick around.
