Do you guys remember what caused the Great Recession? From 2007-2013 or so? Bad loans to those who couldn't afford housing via " the American Dream act" It was banks play free and loose and the government facilitating it. Had 0 to do with illegal migrant labor. Watch the movie , The Big Short. Nope. The American Dream Act and the bad loans caused the housing market to crash. The housing market crashing is what caused the recession. My point is, it doesn’t matter why the housing market crashes… the result of a recession is the same.  It ain't gonna cause a housing crash like '08 , that's laughable . All we gotta do is get them green cards and / or work permits. Make it all legal , see Bulls Eyes post, this ain't hard. Man I agree about the green cards. But that is not what’s happening right now. If they don’t have papers they are being arrested by ICE and taken to a holding facility. There has been no talk about an acceleration in the green card program.
